1 1/2 oz. Scotch whisky |
1 1/2 oz. Drambuie |
Strip of lemon peel |
Ice cubes |
Glassware: old-fashioned glass |

Fill an old-fashioned glass 3/4 full with ice. Pour in the Scotch and the Drambuie and stir gently. Garnish with a lemon peel and serve. |

1/2 oz. Spiced Rum |
3/4 oz. dark rum |
3 oz. passion fruit |
3 oz. mango juice |
2 oz. sweet and sour mix |
1 lime wheel |
Glassware: Hurricane Glass |

Add Spiced Rum, dark rum, passion fruit or mango juice, and sweet and sour mix. Shake and pour into crushed ice-filled hurricane glass. Garnish with lime wheel. |

Drink of the Month: March - Irish Car Bomb |

Ingredients: |
3/4 pint of Guinness |
1/2 shot Irish cream liqueur |
1/2 shot Irish whiskey |
Glassware: Pint, Shot Glass |

|
Pour Guinness into a pint beer glass 3/4 full and let it settle. Pour the Irish cream liqueur into a shot glass. Pour the Irish whiskey on top of the liqueur. Drop the shot glass into the pint glass with Guinness. |

Drink of the Month: April - Mint Julep |

Ingredients: |
2 oz. Bourbon |
6 mint leaves |
1/2 oz. sugar syrup |

Glassware: Collins glass |
|
|
|
|
In a Collins glass, place mint leaves and sugar syrup. Mash mint leaves. Fill glass with ice. Top with Bourbon. Garnish with mint sprig. |

Drink of the Month: May - Black-Eyed Susan |

Ingredients: |
1 oz. Cointreau |
1 oz. Vodka |
1 oz. Mount Gay Rum |
3/4 cup orange Juice |
1/2 cup pineapple juice |
lemon or lime wedge, cherry, crushed ice |
Glassware: Collins glass |

|
Combine ingredients, shake and serve straight up or on the rocks. Garnish with lemon wedge and cherry. |

Drink of the Month: June - Mojito |
|
Ingredients: |
3 fresh mint sprigs |
2 teaspoons sugar |
3 tablespoons fresh lime juice |
1 1/2 oz. light rum |
club soda |

|
In a tall thin glass, crush part of the mint with a fork to coat the inside. Add the sugar and lime juice and stir thoroughly. Top with ice. Add rum and mix. Top off with *chilled* club soda (or seltzer). Add a lime slice and the remaining mint, and serve. |

Drink of the Month: July - Blue Margarita |

Ingredients: |
2 oz. Tequila |
1 oz. Blue Curacao |
1 oz. Triple Sec |
1 oz. Lime Juice |
Salt |
Garnish: Lime Wedge |
Glassware: Margarita Glass |

|
Mix all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into a Margarita glass rimmed with salt (optional). Garnish with lime wedge. |

1 oz. Chambord |
sweet & sour mix |

|
|
|
Combine ingredients, shake and serve on the rocks. Garnish with lemon wedge. |

Drink of the Month: September - Steel Helmet |
|
Ingredients: |
1 oz. Vodka |
1 oz. Coffee Liqueur |
milk or cream to fill |
2 tbsp Galliano liqueur |

Glassware: Old Fashioned |
|
|
|
|
Add the vodka, coffee liqueur and milk or cream in an old-fashioned glass and stir well. Float Galliano on top by slowly pouring it over the back of a spoon. |

Drink of the Month: October - The Raven |

Ingredients: |
1 oz. Vodka |
1 oz. Light rum |
1 oz. Blue Curacao |
1 oz. Chambord |

|
Glassware: Collins glass |
|
|
|
|
Fill glass with ice, pour blue Curacao first. Then pour vodka and rum. Float Chambord on top using the back of a bar spoon. Garnish with a large blackberry on a swizzle stick. |

Drink of the Month: November - Pumpkin Pie Margarita |

Ingredients: |
1 oz. Vanilla Vodka |
½ oz. Liquor 43 |
1 oz. pumpkin liqueur |
½ oz. Bailey's Irish Cream |
a splash butterscotch Schnapps |
ice |

Shake, then pour and sprinkle with a ¼ tsp. pumpkin pie spice. |
For added "pie" effect, rim the glass with fresh lemon juice and crushed graham crackers. |

Drink of the Month: December - Candy Cane Martini |

1 shot Vanilla Rum |
1 shot White Chocolate Liqueur |
1 shot Peppermint Schnapps |
Candy cane for garnish |
ice |

Add liquid ingredients to cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well and strain into martini glass. Garnish with candy cane. For an extra punch add crushed candy cane to the glass rim. |
