Drink of the Month - May - Black-Eyed Susan

Ingredients:

1 oz. Cointreau

1 oz. Vodka

1 oz. Mount Gay Rum

3/4 cup orange Juice

1/2 cup pineapple juice

lemon or lime wedge, cherry, crushed ice

Glassware: Collins glass

Combine ingredients, shake and serve straight up or on the rocks. Garnish with lemon wedge and cherry.
